COVID 19 Closure/Online Classes:
All of our classes and private sessions will be done through Zoom, which can be downloaded for free at zoom.us. Please create a free account and register for classes as usual via MINDBODY.
Each class will have a different link that will be emailed to you at least 15 minutes before class starts.
We recommend having a mat or practice in an non-slippery area, blocks (if you have them) or something sturdy you could use as as blocks should you need it during class, and a blanket or pillow.
