Fusion Boot Camp

Fusion Boot Camp is a melding of all that your trainers have done throughout their lives from high school sports, kickboxing, and yoga all the way to college sports and marathon/triathlon training. You will never get bored during this high intensity workout. Each boot camp will work your entire body with a mix of upper body, lower body, core, and cardio exercises. Your trainers have worked together to ensure that you will never do the same workout twice during your four week boot camp.

Boot Camp Includes:

• Orientation
• Pre & Post camp fitness evaluation
• 3 to 4 sessions per week
• Food Log
• Nutritional Counseling

• Add a personalized nutrition plan for only $20

Boot Camp is offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 am, Monday and Wednesday at 7:15 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am. Boot campers have the option of purchasing a 10 Session Package for $100, a Month of Unlimited Sessions for $100, or $75 if you sign up for auto draft. Anyone can drop in at anytime, for only $15, to check us out.

During the more agreeable months boot campers meet at Abe Andrews Park. During inclimate weather classes will be held at the studio. “Like” our facebook page to get daily updates on class location, last minute schedule changes, and other important info.
