I'm a list maker. My boyfriend thinks it's funny and likes to say that I make lists about the lists that I've already made. Maybe it runs in the family. My little sister used to make lists for getting ready in the morning. It would read something like 1)take shower 2)brush teeth 3)get dreesed. We still tease her about it. She and I have both progressed to more functional list making in our older age. I now make to do lists each week. At the end of the week, any remaining items are transferred to the next week's list, awaiting completion. I guess my fondness for marking off the last item...

Boot Camp will be meeting at Andrews Park again come Monday April 2nd. Woohoo! I think we've all been missing the fresh air. I'm excited to change up our workouts again. So, if you haven't signed up already, now is the time!
Boot Campers meet in the parking lot on the Northwest side of the park (by the ampitheater). You will need to bring a mat, light weights, and water.

Fusion Fitness and Yoga-Norman-Ok-Class Schedule
You ask and you shall receive! I made a few changes to the schedule for the new year. The evening classes will all be 6:00 & 7:00 every night of the week from here on out. Also, the Vinyasa and Seniors classes have been moved a bit on Tuesday and Thursday morning. I hope to see you all soon!
We will not have any classes on December 24th.
Fusion Fitness and Yoga is happy to host both Level 2 and Level 3 YogaFit certifications in the coming months. As of now, we are the only place to get your certification in the state of Oklahoma.
Level 2 will be held on January 14th & 15th. After building a firm foundation in Level 1 teacher training, YogaFit's Level 2 training concentrates on communicating the essence of YogaFit to ourselves and our classes.
